Active development of JAMWiki has ceased, and bug fixes and support will be limited at best. If you are interested in taking over management of JAMWiki please send an email to the jamwiki-devel mailing list.

Why we decided to take JAMWiki?

Because JAMWiki:

  • is Java based,
  • very easy to set up (esp. for non-J2EE developers and its zero-config for the database for evaluation),
  • its used quasi-standard markup syntax,
  • its very helpful, clear and well-maintained website,
  • the continues development.
