Release Notes[edit]

The first bugfix release of the JAMWiki 0.9.x series, JAMWiki 0.9.1 (code name "White Duck") is now available for download from Sourceforge. This release is a minor release that contains only bugfixes and one new feature; no changes have been made to CSS, the database schema, or any other area that would require special attention when upgrading. All users of previous JAMWiki 0.9.x releases are encouraged to upgrade.

See below, as well as the CHANGELOG.txt and README.txt files included in the JAMWiki distribution, for further details. Please provide feedback on the Feedback page and report any bugs on the Bug Reports page. Bug reports should include any error messages from the logs and any additional information that can be used to diagnose the problem.

Upgrades[edit]

See Installation#Upgrades. This is a minor release and there are no changes to CSS, the database schema, or configuration when upgrading from JAMWiki 0.9.0. See the release notes for JAMWiki 0.9.0 if upgrading from a version prior to JAMWiki 0.9.0.

Bugfixes[edit]

  • __NOEDITSECTION__ was being improperly stripped from topics.
  • Fix a potental JDBC error with FORWARD_ONLY result sets when parsing deleted topics. Reported by cmasuch.
  • Case-insensitive topic names and deleted topics were not being properly updated in the cache.
  • Exclude redirects when calculating the number of articles using the NUMBEROFARTICLES magic word.
  • Upgrade to Lucene Search 3.0.2 to resolve a LockObtainFailedException error. Reported by TimStone.
